What do women want at work?

I have read a infographic on LinkedIn blog about “What do Women want? at work..” which is focusing on other countries than Cambodia but those questions should be answered as well to our women in Cambodia.

Of course, people is working for money but in fact, it was not exactly, we might work for some reasons which is more meaningful than money we get. In the infographic said that most of women work for a balance between work and personal life; and in the past, women considered to work for earning a high salary.

I believe it’s hard to compare to our Cambodians since we are in developing, economics is more important but let’s try to find out.

So between:

Finding the right balance between work and personal life
Earning a high salary

What is the most value, do you consider the most, as a Cambodian married or single woman?
