Guiness Word Record website stated Khmer Alphabet, the longest one:

The language with the most letters is Khmer (Cambodian), with 74 (including some without any current use).

According to the website Everything2.com, the Guiness book recorded this record in 1995.

Khmer alphabet consists 33 consonants, 23 vowels and 12 independent vowels.
